We can all take a good debate about religion , but we are getting tired of just having quotes posted all the time
In community healthy lemon states that our resident preacher has even followed her to her local forums |

I was just going by what was said in the new rules thread.
It is rather like the old 9/11 posters |

| The religion rule has changed a few times after taking on input from the community. I'll go check it out. |

Fair enough
I have no problems with peoples religious views but preaching takes the proverbial .
i would go to a place of worship if I wanted to hear it |

| Yeah I don't like the idea of people preaching here. It just opens opportunities for trolling which lowers the tone of the forum. Why would you want to preach on a general forum like this anyway?! |

Why not suggest religious posters exercise common sense and moderation in the number of threads they start?
Miss Sashna, for example, could've been asked to confine her Ramadan-directed texts to one thread
However, this wouldn't stop her from bringing her form of enlightenment to any other topic raised on Gumtree |
