Hi all,

I am planning to open with my business partner a limited company, and we are planning to run it from our homes at the first stage. We are both renting apartments, and I was wondering if you must have a business address or an address at all in order to open a limited company. Also, is it possible to write down one of our addresses or would it have any implication on the property/our landlord etc.?

Yes you need a company addres which the business needs to be registered at, but this can be your accountants address or other formation companies can supply their address
