My grandads house when we sold it last month got 60k more than the estate agent valued it at . The benefit of having a new jewish school just around the corner. So I can well believe it |

sorry london boy you are not allowed to be upbeat about housing prices
we are playing a game, I post upbeat stuff and crabs says we are all going to living in cardboard boxes by the end of next week.
