Did any1 know about the importance on the Ryanair bar code?

Damn Ryanair! Today I went peace and happy to Luton to take my flight.

At Luton, I was in time, I had my Boarding pass printed (as I been told to do so) with my passport ready in hand and I was denied boarding… Because the printer did not print the bar code! So by the time I went to queue to the Ryanair help desk reception, with in mind to buy another ticket, there I was refused to get another ticket… Because it was too late to board…

I was so upset and stress with this event. Then to come back to London I was told to buy another coach ticket because the return one was only in November 09!!

Can you believe it?? I damn can’t

PLEASE WHEN YOU PRINT ANY TICKET ONLINE – CHECK IT OUT IF THE PRINTER DID ACTUALLY PRINT THE BAR CODE!! I DON’T KNOW IF THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THAT? IN YOUR CONFIRMATION IT SAY TO PRINT OUT YOUR BOARDING PASS BUT IT’S NOTHING SAYING BE CAREFULL TO THE BAR CODE, IS IT???????????????????????????????

I bloody lost a day back forwards to Luton, my cash and my dream to spend a week off to France, I send a letter to Ryanair but I doubt I will see any cash back…
