Not everyone knows that you can ring HMRC and within few minutes provides them with information to receive your overpaid tax from previous financial year.

My friend wanted to go to agency first as he thought only they can do it. But they asked him to pay £100 for the service! Then he spoke to his colleagues in finance department at work and they adviced him just to call to HMRC directly. After a couple of weeks he got few hundred pounds back!
