I have payed for the Homepage add and also the standard featured add which is nearly £30. I pay this every week and i have nothing but problems with this site. My add meets all their requirement,i am a small business trying to make money (man and van) and can't afford to pay these prices if they are not going to display the adds. I have already emailed them but still no responce.Can anybody from Gumtree please explain why i have trouble with displaying my payed adds every week.(please do not reply with automated reply lol).Why is customer service really poor. I never new how bad it was until i looked on google and their is thousands of unsatisfied customers. Anyone from gumtree admin looking at this please look into it ref number 43866970.I am seriously thinking of taking my business some where else. If all your paying customers did this you would be out of business with in a couple of months.  |

| Just has i sent this it they have gone live.I am just waiting for the standard email saying that it was always live and that i could not see it.Well i have hasd 6 people from different ip address monitoring and they confirmed still not live untill 10.22am this morning |

| Hey Maddie, the front page ads are on ration as there are only 6 slots and of course a lot more than 6 ads have paid for front page. It will come up randomly but it will definitely help increase you exposure of your ad. Internal studies here suggestion 5 - 7x more clicks |

Thanks i already know that thats why i had so many people monitoring from different pc and if you can checked you can see it took over 24 hours to go live.Not 4 hours stated by gumtree.My most important question i need the answer for that no one can answer for me is why i post the same adds every week that i have nothing but problems with. |

| Well its hard to answer that question as each case may have its individual reasons. We have millions of posters every month that don't have any problems at all. |

Thanks for the quick reply you can look at the add reference on the post(i think you can access the add and have a look for your self)it meets all gumtree requirements rules for posting)does it pass your requirements if so why do i have problems posting it? I don't mean to have a go at you but i just need to know whats going wrong ie is their a auto filtering system that looks for certain key words that stops the adds? |

Hey Maddie the ad is live. I've also reposted it for you so it will be at the top of the listings page for a while.
I've noticed that you've taken out the front page feature a few times. What happens everytime you do this, the ad is removed temporarily to be manually screened by the mod team which is probably why you don't see it right away |
