Don't make the same mistake I did.

If you have agreed for things to be fixed or changed before you move in, do not move in unless they are done.

I used Black Katz 3 years ago and various things were agreed to be done, none of which were, such as having my windows fixed.

Being a young female in the area I live I am very aware of my security and 3 years later these things still haven't been done.

The landlord takes the rent money every month, but doesn't do anything and if I had refused to move in, I am certain these things would have been done then.

Just some friendly advise.

thats true kat. knowing the nationality of your landlord really helps. Believe me, i know.
