Anyone lived in Basildon? Will be room sitting there whilst my friend is away for a month. He hasn't said much about the place but hey it's free accomodation. Coming from Oz is i figured it's a good place to start....or is it???  |

| not all that to be fair, but free accomodation is free accomodation. a little out of town too, so if you are contemplating going out in the big smoke just bare in mind the journey on the train.... |

Thanks pommy boy. I figured its a start and once i'm in i can get closer to the city and suss it out. |
