| My student visa was refused and I have no right of appeal. Has anyone been in this position, and if so, please get in touch and let me know what you had to do. |

| Hi Clem, I have not personally been in this situation before but I have had friends who have gone through similar. Can you tell me why your student visa was refused and how come you have no right of appeal? |

| Apparently my course was not up to scratch, even though the college I went through was registered with all the relevant authorities, I had a strong application, and am totally gobsmacked that it was refused. My working holiday visa expired while my application was with the Home Office, and they said I should go home and reapply, but was advised that it is unlikely that it would be granted in SA. This is the biggest shock ever, and no fun. I would really like to chat to others who have been in the same position. |

| I was going to ignore you englishman, as that is the best thing to do with your types, but then I thought that I may as well tell you a few things, not that it would make any difference, as you seem like a bully, and generally bullies have thick skins. Why dont you just mind your own business? Is it really necessary to always make such useless comments? Its very boring of you, dont you have something else to do? You may very well be a lovely person, but you do such a good job of coming across as a very nasty individual, does that make you feel good? If it does make you feel good, then I just thank god that I do not know you, you probably dont have many friends. Good luck to you, but please refrain from the negative and nasy comments. Thank you. |

Hi Clemm,
In asking your visa, did you mention that you will be a full time student? Because this is one of the most important condition.
Also your college or Uni should be registered official
You should prove strong back ground finance situation which shows that you will pay all your school fees without any problem.
Why you can't appeal if you have every thing required in applying the student visa?
Wish you good luck |

Hi Clem,
I can't understand how your student visa was rejected. First off, did you apply for it on ukvisas.gov.uk? And did your University help you with the process? I applied for my student visa in 2004 and all I had to do was go to the website my University directed me too (which is the same link i gave you). I believe the first thing you should do is consult your University, especially if they have international students that attend their school. I remeber when I tried to apply for a student visa myself, I didn't get through. And also when you do get through and you're on your way to london make sure you have proof of funds to show. Stay positive and Good luck! |

Oh please, ladies and gentlemen...
do not ever go to raki @ univisas...she s a bloody fraud! I uses fraud documents to deal with cases
she also asks people for lots of money in hand b4 dealin the case.
dun trap your self in these cases. Go to a proper consultant and check the market rates b4 going to deal ur immigration matter.
Univisas should be sued for fraud discrepancy! My Friend has already reported this to OISC. This matter will be resolved soon. Their office n services shall be terminated soon. So please don listen!

Hi Saleem,
All the passports collected from Univisas are with Immigration Office in Eaton House, Hounslow. My passport is also with them. I have tried calling them several times but they maintain that they themselves don't know when will the documents be returned as they need to scrutinise all documents before returning them back.
You can give them a call at 02088145050 and give your contact details to enable them to contact you once the enquiry is over.
Cheers,
A. |

Hi
Do you think that immigration/police/Eaton House will investigate all the applications applied via Univisas in past ? Univisas was recommended by a friend and I had my HSMP approved through univisas back in January 2008. Although I applied FLR applied by myself because Sharma didn't treat my HSMP application very well and delayed it a lot. He also sounded a bit dodgy so I lost trust in him as my HSMP was approved.
Do you think I have risk my HSMP or FLR being cancelled (FLR was stamped in March 2008), as my application was handled by Univisas initially ?
Thanks, I hope all of your problems by resolved caused due to Univisas situation. |
