y maky y do u reckon just cos they are studying doesnt mean the visa is study specific and study specific visas have lots of conditions attached to them regarding working etc but it depends on the course and home country as to whether a student visa is appropriate |

| Yes its a one year student visa but I already have put in 130+ hours and didnt know that I had to go every day for 15 hours - just thought that if I had enough accumulated hours it would be okay |

technically they can with draw the visa as the ammount of hours study is a student visa condition, therefore deporting you.
however the government are so shite that A)it will prob take themm ages to do that B) you could prob fight ur courner and provide them with evidance of your study etc and /or apply for another course next term C) they are so bollox they prob will forget
it does depend alot on the level of study u are at and whether the reason you havnt completed hours is because you were skiving or just that the stated ammount of hours wasnt provided by the college |

| I dont qualify as a refugee - might have been easier if I did. I just want to complete my course and stay at college - hope I can work something out. Was hoping that someone on the site knew of someone in the same position and would be able to tell me what happened to them. |
