Does anyone know how to get a job from home? a normal one!

I am looking for a job at the moment, but i was also thinking about something i could do from home,in my free time. Just to get some extra cash.
I am sure, everybody know about the envelopes etc. but the companies are crap!

Any idea?

i don't know what your skillsets are. i have worked as an audio typist from home with expedict.
