if he doesn't learn english he will always earn low pay and work in rubbish jobs for greedy employers who break the law.
learning english is free at local college.

Not all community colleges in all areas offer free english classes, just depends on the education authority. Some hold free spaces, the community college in my part of northeast london doesn't - the next brough does.
But none of that really helps the Estonian bloke. He needs a buddy who can help him to find a carpentry job countess if you want to help him find a job put in carpentry or joinery into yell for your local area and start ringing on his behalf or he could go round buliding sites and get a job as a chippy or form worker and yes - nidgynadj he needs to learn english to avoid being used, try your local community center, library to start chating to native speakers.
The upside is that if he's good then he'll get work a hindi mate of mine employed a polish plaster who couldn't speak english cos his work is so good he now has more jobs than he can cope with.
Estonia is part of the EEA now so he can sign on and use the job centers |
