This forum is for feedback comments only but if you need any help with using Gumtree then you can find it in the Help section.

Simply go to your Gumtree homepage and click on the 'Help' button on the left-hand side of the page just below the search box.

You should find almost everything you need whether it is help on where to post your ad, tips on posting, help with a problem, or questions about an ad you've seen. I'd also recommend you take a look at the Stay Safe pages in particular.

If you can't find the info you need then there are links to contact us - but I would definitely recommend looking through the help pages first, and using the search box, as everything you have ever asked us (almost!) is in there and it's the quickest way to find what you need.
