| I have tried to apply for a Visa in NZ under my partner who is a UK citizen. Unfortunately we cannot provide details of our "Living together" from the earlier years. We have been together for (3) years spending a small amt of time in UK living with his parents to save money to travel to NZ. He was on a working visa and tried to extend after 2 years but cant get a visa because he also cannot provide documentation unless he pays a lawyer $12000+ NZD!!! We are really wanting to travel to the UK but are finding it difficult. He is a qualifed sparky and I have a qualification as a Nail tech but otherwise general office work. Has anyone else been in this situation? Cheers |

And have anybody experiences with EEA family permit ??
What documents they wanted ?
How long it takes ?
