hi everyone,
in a few months i'm going to new zealand for 6/7 weeks and i'm hoping to rent out my room in london for that time.
i dont know if its a stupid question or not, but i have no idea if short term lets like this are popular? ..could anyone tell me what they think? ..would i be able to find someone to rent my room for 6/7 weeks only?
(it is an amazing double room in rotherhithe with river views,no bills)
I'm panicking about having to pay all the rent when i'm away, (i would even offer cheaper rent if i found someone)
i'd love to hear anyone opinions..
