I am looking to buy a flat or house in Bristol to rent to ither one or two professional couples or a Family for initially 6 - 12 months letting period.

I would like to hear from Professional couples or a Family looking to rent a property in Bristol, please let me know what you are looking for from a propert to rent.

Currently my criteria are 2 double bedrooms, an outside space and parking. The areas I am looking at are, Clifton, Bedminster, Montpellier, St Pauls and Redland or close to the waterside.

I intend to have this property to rent for the NEW YEAR 2010.
