I posted a rm to let on gumtree and interesting enough I received the following email from a 'supposed tenant' who is looking to rent a room,I have been informed by gumtree that this is a scam, as originally i sent a generic email back saying we would not hold rm, without her calling to view and she kept sending the same email back, be warned encase you receive this. The orginating email is sarawiller_101@yahoo.com

My familly live in Mexico and i have no friends in this area for now except you lol..... I am currently working in my laboratory in dubia,where I carry out various lab tests in order to know thier remedies.. I also import and export laboratory fittings and glass wares.I hope to end my current assignment of finding a lasting cure to Malaria and Samonela Parathyphae disease by the DECMBER 2008.
i wish to come down as soon as possible to Carry out another major assignment over there.I have got bsc hons in Microbiology and msc hons INMicrobiology.
i can't start making arrangement in shipping some of my properties over please advice should i conside the accomodation as mine for now.
