In response to another users comments I have had a similar problem with Mathilda Watson and her apartment scam.
She is living in Los Angeles as well as Greece (it would appear).
I nearly got caught - Am currently living in Spain and was about to make a transfer of 1500 pounds until I saw the Gumtree forum. Thank God.
Mathilda Watson didn't seem too bothered. She said that she had seen the forum and that anyone could post things on it. She also said that she had someone else interested in her apartment.

I feel sorry for the person who gets scammed by this person.
