Mind you am not asking you to send me any money all i ask you to do is to go to any western union money transfer outlet close to you to send the first month rent and the refundable deposit, in your name to your partner's name in your present address or your partner to send the money to you in your present address.and money can only be pick up by either you or your partner. and then

Scan and send the transfer receipt via email for confirmation if the money is available for any of you to pick up. we will both go and pick up the money together then you pay me up after signing the lease anc contract. Whatever cost you incurred would be returned back to you at the meeting even if you dont like the flat which i'm sure you would. You will not be loosing anything after all.

Sorry I will only send you some money once I will have seen the flat and also meet you.
If you look at the forum on Guntree you will see that all the scams are happening the way you want it to happen, so please, do you really believe I will send you 1 month rent and also the"refundable" deposit without meeting you or having seen the flat...???!!!!???? If it worked for others sorry it will not work with me.
But if you are sincer, well I could come tonight to see the flat and then i would give the cash directly after having seen the flat.

I told you i was going to speak to my lawyer about it and infact i just got off the phone with him. He gave an advise and i think that is the best option for us...so what i will like you to do is that you should go to any western union money transfer outlet close to you to send the first month rent and the refundable deposit, in your name to your partner's name in your present address or your partner to send the money to you in your present address.

yes I do have enought money to pay that rent and also the deposit. I undertsand that you don't want to waist your time as I don't want to waist mine.

Serioulsy if you are available to show us the flat, it is absolutely fine for us and we could discuss those matters face to face. I serioulsy do not understand why you do not contact me directly on my phone it would definitively be easier.

To give you a proof of my money???? well if you only take the time to call me or to meet us in order to show us the flat, (which I am starting to think it is a scam and nothng else) you would have the chance to know who we are.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I Iike your suggestions and would have sticked to them but unfortunately they do not confirm to me there is the cash on you right now.

Mind you, I am not asking you to bring money to viewing neither am i asking you to pay for the Flat you have not viewed.
I am only asking to you show me you are really willing to rent my flat as i cant just come over from Hull for nothing ungenuine.

This is why im asking for you to prove to me you have the cash for bith rent and refundable deposit on you prior to moving in, before i can commit to viewing. As said earlier, I have schedule viewings for quite a number of persons in the last few days and all they want is cheap rents despite the fact that i have reduced the rent to the minimum. They ended up wasting my time.

So if you understand my point, kindly think of a way you can prove to me you have the cash on you right now prior to moving in.

Meanwhile i will be calling my lawyer for advise as i have done things on my own in the past few days and have ended up been messed around with.

Having said that, before giving you any bank details or sending you any money, i hope you will understand that my husband and myself would love to meet the flat. In order not to waist any time, why don't we arrange a viewing tonight after 5 pm. I am working in the city so very closed from where the flat is located!

Good to read again from you and for expressing your genuine interest in renting my flat. You seem to be a good personality and I am sure you'll be a great tenant.
I'd have actually loved to keep it vacant but a friend advised i get some one who can take good care of it.I hope i can take your word to take good care of my apartment like your own.

However as i said before viewing will not be a problem, Anytime during the week in the evening would be a good date for our meeting. but i need a proof you have the funds on you before i can commit to viewing as i have been dissapointed several times after scheduling viewings in the past few days. My job had suffered and i have also wasted my funds coming over to london before thats why im a little skeptical.
As it is not a wise decision to send your bank statements via the internet that would have been a better option. So may be you want to suggest how else you can prove to me you have the funds on you right now so we can go on to meet for viewing if that is okay by you.

Meanwhile, Below are the lease terms:
* An advance payment of the first month and the Refundable security deposit shall be paid.
* The Rent shall be paid on Monthly basis thereafter.
* You shall only be allowed to default in payment of rent for not more than 3 months after which the eviction process shall be initiated.
* The minimum lease term is six (6) months, violation of this shall lead to the forfeiture of the security deposits.
* If you will need to vacate the house, notice shall be given a month prior to intended day of moving.
* The security deposit shall be refunded on or before the 15th day of vacating the apartment.

yes of course we are interested and we can can offer the rent. I do work for Bloomberg and I have a permanent contract and we are planning to stay over for a while, more than 6 months for sure.

this sounds very similar to a person that contacted me a couple of months ago about an apartment in Oxford.I can't remember what her name was but she said she was a doctor in paediatrics i think.But the wording on most of the emails is similar.They must think we're stupid or something.lol
