Help! Can anyone tell me where I stand legally or what to do next.Brought a new Ford Mondeo.PDI check showed engine fault.Before keys were handed to us.When rechecked all ok.We accepted car & within one week, the engine malfunction light was on and the car back at the dealers.They say they have fixed the fault, but cannot tell us exactly what the fault was.We have said we will reject the car as it is not fit for purpose and has an inherent, intermittant fault.They say the car is repaired but have not fit fitted any new part.The Credit Co will not delay taking any payment as the dealership say the car is roadworthy.No-one will listen its like talking to a brick wall. aarrgghhhh.
