i did not understand the email to be fare so i phone the "07031815629" number which was suppsondly the customer services, i phoned and there was a man that clearly could not speak proper enlgish saying "hello hello" now am i right but customer services in this case should of answered and said "hello uk pets delivery agency blahblah speaking how may i help you"??
well i asked him how i am suppose to make the payment and i could not understand him i kept having to ask him to repeat himself and he started getting frustrated with me, all i know is he said something about postoffice and receipt to delivery men, so i just agreed and put the phone down, i sat their thinking about it sounded like a scam, then about 30 minutes later i have a call from a "023794277695" number, it was the man i had perviously phoned, he said "when are you paying the money for the parrots" and i said, i dont want the parrots your a scam you not having my money, and he said "no madam please listen" and i said no, you pictures in the email which is suppose to be your logo you have took from another company im not stupid, and then guess what...he put the phone down.

I would not call him again because it is a scam and calling his number will cost you alot of money , it is a premium rate number 50p+ a minute .
