[Bryan Design]

Hey there, I'm not looking for anything particularly, just advise really. Basically, in September time I'm wanting to get a place in Newcastle, but really want to live alone if I can help it. Some of the prices for one person places I've read are frankly ridiculous and I'm getting a bit scared. Can anyone give me more details, is it possible to find well priced one person places? My hopeful budget is under £70 a month, but if I got a job then I would accept £80 I guess. Hoping to grab a design job in September time but no assurities, which leads to my second question.

Do most places allow for 6 month rental? Is there much expendability on this, for example perhaps 8 months or 10 months?

Sorry £70 a month???? do you mean a week????

council accomodation where i stay for a 1 bed mult storey flat starts at £52/week includes heating and hot water plus bills, council tax, etc etc.

local youth hostel is £110/week single rooms in a shared house are £70 upwards. you can get £90/week which includes bills

ok Dude That is in aberdeen, not as expensive as edinburgh
but second most expensive in scotland. really difficult to get accomodation in.
