Hey, i have over shot my visa by a good few years in the uk, but came over here with family when 17. now that my family have left the uk i am returning home, i understand that i may incur problems while leaving the uk due to staying past visa allowment . Will the age that i came to the uk at help my case in any way if i do have problems while returning to australia. I did not turn of age in australia and have not lived there as a adult. but turn of age while visa was still valid.
Would anyone know
