Can someone please tell me the best Ibiza resort (and possibly hotels/apartments) for some Aussie girls to experience Ibiza.

We are looking for somewhere nice, kind of away from all the extreme clubbing so that we can get some R&R if need be, but still close enough to have fun and experience all Ibiza has to offer - if that is possible! The beach is a must, as well as bars, cafes etc, preferably not surrounded by British yobos (sorry my Brit friends!) rather like minded, young, keen to travel and experience life / fun people.

Would be really grateful for some feedback.

stay in Ibiza town don't go anywhere near San Antonio it is full of football shirt wearing mini gangstas

If you don’t want to see what you say, avoid San Antonio! That's the British hell! All little towns and villages and all 'cala"s ( little beaches between the rocs) are beautiful. Cala Vadella, Cala de...so on. Good luck.
