well usually I end up in these themed ethnic restaurants and they are all staffed by folk from Surrey... |

nooo..the person putting his finger in, when bringing it to me, adds the flavour, so if it is carried by Surrey, the food has a whif of Surrey, if it is carried by the French, it is full flavoured French!  |
