Does anyone know where I can find a photo on the net of a pair of rugby boots from the early to mid 1900’s? The style I’m talking about is the classical high top, all black leather boots with white laces. I’m getting a painting commissioned of a classic NZ rugby scene of a rickety old stand in front of a rugby field and the rugged NZ scenery in the background. I want a photo of these boots so the artist can paint them in the corner of the painting.
Websites etc would be appreciated! I’ve tried everywhere I can think of already (incl obvious ones like the NZ Rugby website etc). Other ideas welcome.
