You seem to be suggesting that academic achievements aren't the only measure of intelligence, if so then I agree. The world is full of educated derelicts.
But just to be clear, someone who doesn't embrace and delight in 'diversity', and who doesn't wish to be 'culturally enriched' by our immigrant cousins, must be uneducated, is this correct?
And a person who has little or no academic achievements to their name but is actually still rather bright could not possibly hold 'racist' views, is this correct? |
I wouldn't suggest embracing anything you don't like... I don't like spiders so I certainly wouldn't embrace one. Doesn't mean I'd squish it either though!
Anyone can hold racist views, academically educated or not... that's clear for all to see round here on a daily basis. The lack of education I was referring to was simply to know how to get your point across without being abusive.
We all have views no matter what colour our skin is or what religion we follow or who we sleep with, we're all entitled to them. There's just ways of getting that point across and getting it across well! |
