...I was picked up by the *Vanishing People*...they live in a parallel universe on the other side of the sun...they have only contacted 3 humans in total including me...amazing people...a bit scary...

They have taken me to their planet which was great...

Time travel will never happen.
If were to be possible in the future we would be over run with relatives from the future popping in for a quick visit now.

Yeah, but like previously mentioned it depends on how you look at time, scientists have already found pockets of time that go at different speeds & 'doubleback' on it's self.

Imagine linear time was contained in a fishtank as water, the flow of time would be like ripples from the bubble machine - you are the fish swiming through time.

Now imagine there is a cat sat on a chair watching you swim through the water (time) the cat has it own sence of time, and it is capable of watching you (the fish) but how much he can react with the water is the question, he could in theory get in a diving suit or mini submarine (spaceship) to pop into your time or maybe he can just put up pictures for you to look at through the tank - who knows, really ?

yea I get your points but thats not 'time travel' and yes time is relative and far from linear but that does not change the fact the scenarios you mention aren't time travel. Maybe we need to change the definition of time travel.... who knows.
It's like infinity, what is it? To us it may be the end of the universe but to an ant it maybe the end of the road it's all relative.

Another question: if people believe in reincarnation i.e coming back to live on the earth again. With the population increasing tenfold does that mean that eventually all the souls that ever lived would be on the earth at one point in time. Which means that eventually if it increases further than this where did these people come from?
