Cool Aisya!!!! I damaged my back in my 20's and yoga was great for recovering. Whenever I get a sore back now I do those few exercises and it helps...especially pelvic tilts...which are good for period pains as well!!! |

I have always been fascinated... I was amazed when a lady I met taught yoga but years before had been left a virtual cripple because of the pain following a car accident. I'll let you know if the 'clunk grind stops'! |
