I am moving with my girlfriend to London for about 3-4 years, I have a job located just near Old Street station.

We will both be working, and a combined income of about 60k, we wanted to live in the Kensington area, but realised that is out of our budget since we need a little garden for our dog! so we are thinking of moving more on the out skirts of london.. but we have no idea what are nice affordable (250pw Max?) areas..

If you guys can help me out that would be fantastic!
