Watch out - another possible Western Union scam artist - KENNY KENNEDY, e-mail address: twinkennedy02@yahoo.com - this is more than likely the same person who tried the Western Union scam on me earlier on today (DEBBIE RICH - debbyrich@yahoo.com).

I just received a reply regarding an ad for a flat in Islington that I had enquired about (Posting ref: 18774486 - 1 BEDROOM FLAT FULLY FURNISHED AND SPACIOUS AVAILABLE FOR RENT IN UPPER STREET,ISLINGTON,LONDON,N10UY), and judging by their use of language & content, this is the same person! The top message is the first message I got from the flat in Islington (Kenny Kennedy), and the bottom message is the first message I got from the flat in Wimbledon (Debbie Rich)! Oh and Kenny Kennedy sent the funnies picture of the "flat" ever - the flat was supposed to be in Islington - strange that you can see PALM TREES outside the window! Geeez...

So for now with what i learnt and what my aunty who rent our her flat before she travel to Munich Germany then did was,Also i believe with what she heard leaning from her Mother then was that.Because to avoid any embaracement of the stress which i might encounter when coming down there,Even when you might not be serious of it...I suggest we should abide with what she told me of then that.I suggest you make this source by sending REFUNDABLE £950 plus £450=£1,400, ...which is deposit fees and a month fees which include all bills even council tax,i mean you sending it to someone you can trust very well,in London..I mean to a your boyfriend's name or your girl friend's name in london,someone you can trust..All i need from you is the receipt from western union or money gramme,kindly scan it to me i mean to my email or email all the information from the outlet as soon as or let me have all the information from any of these outlet why this is mainly for me to have a proof of your seriouseness concerning the Flat,i will love to be sure instead of facing any embarracement which i do face earlier and i will never want this to happen anymore to me...I need to see a proof of your seriousness concerning the flat and even you have the money at hand for the flat soon.So as to be sure you are serious and more so i wouldn't want a case of coming down without a meaningful response from you,which may resolve to disappointment again.Tho i can see your seriousness,sorry for all this but been the best for us i mean..

I wouldn't mine coming down to Hammersmith before Saturday or even Friday for you to view the Flat before as soon as you scan the receipt now,You need to understand something now that i never ask you for any money or either ask you to send me any money,because its not adviceable you sending me money without the flat viewing,but due to what i have been through i will be glad you send me the reciept from western union as soon as possible.And after viewing the flat and the deposit has been paid.There will be handling of key to you as and with the agreement form to you as soon as we meet soon..I believe you have the pictures with you there?s soon as i have the scan receipt of the transaction i will be there on Saturday and also i will give you a call to let you know i am around on Saturday.

london...Who you think will be around on the day of viewing so pick up the money while we are together in the flat premise....All i need from you is the Reciept from

any out this outlet...I believe you scan it to me or write out all the information to me.And i will surely call on a friend who works with western union once then to

make a confirmation about the money status..Mainly to be sure of the money is there....More so to make sure the money is in safe hand...I guess you know no one is

entiled to pick up the money aside from someone who you send the money to k....So why all this is for a proof and to know the money status k.
I will love to know what you think about this suggestion because i have thought over it and i believe since this works for my cousin,so i know its wouldn't be a

problem for us..Because i wish you are my tenants ok..

Machines, Refrigerator, Private Car Park & On Street Parking too e.t.c everything
is my property is working perfectly.
I really spent enough money to make sure my property is in its best state
and to make sure my tenants always want to come back to live there.
It is 550£ Per Month and the Security Deposit is 800£. The
Security Deposit is 100% Refundable on expiration of the tenancy. The
Utility Bill like Water Bill, Gas Bill, Electricity Bill, TV License,
e.t.c have been included in the cost of per month.
