hey there
i'm from Libya and we have higher institutes that give student a diploma after three years of study
my question is whatz the name of this diploma and is it ok for getting MBA later ?
could i have well job with it?

| hmmmm, tricky to answer. The certification you get in Libya is probably not going to be classed the same as a 3 year course done in the UK. It depends on what your field of study is too. These are the people to talk to http://www.naric.org.uk/ . It will cost you though, probably about £30 to £40 to have your qualifications compared. I suspect you'll find that you can't get the same level job in the UK that you would get in Libya. Hope this helps. |

I have done a three-years course in India which was not even equivalent to BA but after a short interview got admitted for a one-year MA course in the UK. True, I told them the course WAS equal to BA...
BTW, I was told that according to the English law, you don't even need your A-level examinations if you want to get onto a Master's course and are over 30 years of age.....
I would try to get this degree recognised by the University you are applying to. Just present it as a big achievment, behave in a professional way, show them your transcript, a couple of nicely stamped letters from Libya, and all should work if you manage to create a good impression
