How come selling 9 of my sons shirts he has grown out of is classed as a commercial service?

I have 2 & 1/2 year old twins (B/G) and have absolutly tons of stuff to get rid of before we move in a couple of weeks time.

It just seems odd to me especially as I had already posted an ad for 64 sleep and body suits!!
