Beware of this raciest houseowner

If you are not european and do not want to get offended by harsh language and offending language by this man, please do not respond to this advert.

This person is extramly raciest and he uses very rough language. As soon you call, if he thinks you are not european from your voice/accent he will ask you name and then make an excuse like I am driving(although you called landline number) or someone's knocked my door and ask you to call later. If you call again in a hope that it would be convenient for him now, he really talks in very offending language to tell you that it is only available to europeans. This has happened to me and I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

I can understand if this was a shared house and house members have personal preference, but this is a studio with all facilities of its own.

If he is a Pakistani Muslim how is that relevant to anything? Are you saying only Europeans can be racist?

It's illegal to discriminate on racial grounds when choosing tenants.

However, business is business and as a landlord I wouldn't accept Nigerians, Bangladeshis, etc.
