I'm a student currently living above the pub that I work in and paying £20 a week plus working 4 hours free opening the pub. My student hours next year aren't going to fit in with working at the pub and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of similar living situations - where rent is minimal in exchange for some kind of caretaking work for example. I would prefer not to squat because of not knowing how long you would be in any one place for.
Thanks! |

glad you are not planning to squat because this is very wrong - it is stealing someones property to which you have no right
why not look into halls of residence
lots of unis have bursaries to help with hardship and most Uni's have lots of pt jobs
good luck |
