| Using water cannon to control a few hundred people out of a 100,000 strong crowd, might seem a little antagonistic. |

Whilst your point is somewhat valid, what you must remember is that when the "Choir" sings at a math, it is at one with itself. Surely these p[ositive elements outweigh the, admittedly unpleasant, aspects of certain fans (I am thinking of the Glasgow Blue Sox). |

Farn, the original football hooligans ARE the Scots. The 'Specials' as they were known who used to travel down to England and cause trouble in the 70's were Scottish, wrecking the trains and most things around them. Their reputation was far worse than the English.
The only reason why people forget is because Scotland cleaned up it's act and has been dormant for a while. Maybe now they've decided to rear their ugly head up again. The Tartan army as they are known are looked upon as peaceful but that has only been recent. The Scots, again, were Britain's original football hooligans. They've just started back up again. |

Rangers are not Tartan Army, they pride themselves in being British. |

Hmm, interesting debate. But how does one begin to solve the problem...
Should we limit each team to 10 men? Square Pitches?
I think this would solve a lot of the problems of discipline, but what about hooliganism? I vote we get these young men into Boxing classes. I'd like to see them control their aggression in the ring, rather than leave it unchecked in the streets of Eurozone finals. |

| Don't you think perhaps Rangers should be docked points next year because of their fans? After all players get suspended if they fuck around in nightclubs, etc. |

Its in Europe, so they could be forced to play behind closed doors like some Italian teams had to. |

| Hahahah some of those blokes would take Amir Khans' best and then snap him into small pieces. Better get Lennox Lewis or someone with his power. |

My apologies! It is now on the list, after the 10 pints of stella and before the vomit.
Drinking, footy match and a bit of mindless, yet relatively contained violence is one of the great british institutions! |

Water cannons, dogs, rubber bullets, gas. The whole fucking thing.
They like a bit of violence?Coolio!
Fucking give 'em some then.
Fucking scumbags. They want smashing right off the streets.
Fire with fire.
Then 10 year stretches in maximum security institutions.
That might just make the shitbags think twice next time.
You see that 'tough guy' who turned into a little bitch when that Alsatian got hold of him?Nice one! |
