In this joke, the word 'head' has an obvious double meaning regarding the male genetalia.

The joke deliberately used the word 'head' to avoid any confusion. If it had been "when the big hand touches the little hand" humourless morons would have said "what's so funny about that?". The head is a deliberate reference to the penis - which is what makes it a dirty joke.
Anyway, you either think it's funny - or you don't. Maybe it's a gender thing - it seems girls just don't get jokes like these. |
