hello all,
will be starting shortly a new job in Brixton!!  .....
Looking for a nice area which can get me to brixton in max 45 mins(by tube/train/bus)....I was thinking of surrey but rent seems to be too high in the range of 1K/PCM.
Can someone recommend some safe neighbourhoods with decent locality/parks/hospitals with affordable accomodation(max rent of 800/PCM)
