| Hi, im having trouble with a landlord who is charging more for rent than was advertised on this page. I'm just wondering, if the Landlord chooses to delete the ad, will the ad be stored somewhere in case I need proof? I have taken printscreens of the ad but not sure if they would stand up in court (if it ever came to that)- anyone know? |

I don't think that the ads saved will save them if a poster deletes them.
Did you sign a lease agreement? I think no matter what the landlord posted here on Gum Tree, the final amount would be determined by your lease agreement.

| the advertised rent is nothing more than an asking price. if you have a contract with a figure on it then that is the only figure that matters. The add wont stand up in court nor will anything else other than tyour agreement. If you have signed the agreement at that figure then you will have to honour it im afriad. |
