..in cutting down on thier "carbon foot print" - a bit like they used to have leftlets showing how much electric dierent appliances use
Examples might be:
What is polluting the planet MORE:
- carrierbags or the packaging that most supermarket food comes in ?
- a light bulb left on or a bunch of candles lighting up the lounge ?
- Disposible cutlery and plates or eating up the hot water tank to wash up ?
--------------------------------------
I'd also like to know why plastic disposable nappies, drinks and all liquids in plastic bottles and fizzy 'carbonated' drinks haven't been banned - as i bet they are all worse for the environment than the burning of crops and cooking our food in ovens! |
