I am looking for a tenant. All utilities included (electricity, gas, cable, council tax and wireless cable internet also) There is also a regular phone line.

The spacious bedroom flat entirely renovated six months ago. New bathroom and kitchen. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Sunny and quiet.
