Welcome to the club of the brain damaged.
I was young and handsome too once ... until I fell into the trap of the London housing market and lost not only 30 years of my life within a few days, but also several thousand pounds to one Nigerian Estate Agent (Freelancer) and one Egyptian Landlord whose greed has set a new benchmark for me, unreachable for anyone. Mr Bakar didn't hesitate to step over dead bodies and wouldn't think twice to take your life for little money.
Well yeah, it can happen to you too. And no, you can't be careful enough ... they'll get you sooner or later, and you will become member of our club. |

| If you are looking at a room its worth asking if they have a H.M.O. certificate which is required if more than 3 people are sharing a house. owner can be fined big bucks if they dont have one. |
