Scented crystals, if you're talking about what I'm thinking about, are basically a deodorant stick. To use it as a deodorant you wet the tip of the rock and then glide it under your arms.

They claim it is completely natural, but if you eat healthily you won't smell enough to have to use any deodorant at all.

As far as I'm aware the crystal is a deodorant and not an anti-perspirant.

For anybody reading this, do not use anti-perspirants. They are full of chemicals that enter into your bloodstream and your poor liver then has to try and get rid of the toxins. That goes for anything you apply to your skin. It gets absorbed quite efficiently (up to 60% of anything you put onto your skin goes directly into your blood stream & from there to everywhere in your body), so if you wouldn't eat it then don't put it on your skin or hair.

Then again, some people eat any crap, so...!

There are natural products for skin and hair available, but you have to get past the claims most companies make about being 'natural'. Just cos some product mentions 'natural' on their label doesn't mean it is so, or that your body will enjoy having to deal with it. Remember that 99% of companies are just doing what they do for the money & they have no morals and don't care who they hurt or lie to in order to get money.

In fact, as problematic skin and hair comes from something wrong with your diet, it would be better and cheaper to address that than spend the millions of pounds we do on cosmetics every year in the UK alone.

I eat healthily and I don't smell. If you smell it's because you've eaten something that is too toxic for your body to be able to eliminate through other means, and has to eliminate via the skin also.

We have all been programmed to think that we 'need' something. We don't need that much, actually: Simple healthy food that has come from healthy soil (or animals that eat what they would eat naturally rather than what farmers force them to eat) and that hasn't been altered except by your preparing it and cooking it; fresh air; sleep; exercise; adequate shelter; companionship. These things are mostly free. If you've got a garden you can grow a lot of your own food & even keep chickens if you follow permaculture principles. You can grow foods on a balcony & windowsills this way. If you don't have enough space to grow all your own vegetables and fruit you can still go a long way to supplementing your food and therefore reduce your need to spend cash, as well as eat things that are freshly grown and harvested.

I grew sweetcorn in a large container one year and although the yield wasn't great the sweetcorn was the sweetest & juiciest I had ever tasted.

And remember that chemicals are not necessary for growing things either.

It's just a matter of re-educating ourselves and realising that we have grown up in a society that has conditioned us into believing that we need things that we actually don't. You are bombarded with messages that make you believe that you are lacking something or another and that you 'need' something or another to make yourself more complete. This is done so that you are enticed to spend your money. This is so that you keep making the extremely rich even more rich, and these people are wanting to be obscenely rich because they are mentally sick and trapped themselves. You have to be sick to have several billion pounds or dollars and still want more.

All you have to do is stop shopping as a form of amusement for a weekend and sit back and think about it a bit...

Good luck!
I wish you success in claiming back the power you have given over to those who dominate and control you in our capitalist society.
