Hey people, recently I have found that a company called VINE are managing a student halls of residence called Therese House, on Goswell Road near City University.

However there is a need to be speculative as there is only one person who manages the sales, application, deposit and other administrative tasks, and I want to know if anybody has actually booked accomodation with this company for the next academic year.

It seems like they also want you to give an application and deposit for the halls of residence without guaranteeing a room and without seeing a contract.... very odd.

Please reply to this thread if anybody has also dealt with this company and their experiences!

Vine have an informative website which indicates that they run accomodation for several universities. Of course an impressive website doesn't mean they are legit.
Why not contact the university accomodation service?
