Can you please refund my money. You can't take people's money and delete the advert without giving a reason and chuck me an email automatically saying check on the FAQ.
If you have no intention of displaying my ad then don't take my money, it seems you have a system that runs very smoothly without fail to take my money and deal with the issues later.
