Just an a question about access to Gumtree. I have never used Gumtree other then just for browsing the various areas in particular the Apple Mac area to view whatever is on offer in London i:e laptops and so forth. It has being sometime since I have logged on but two day`s ago I typed Gumtree into my browser`s search engine ( Google ) clicked the link and when re directed to Gumtree`s page was greeted by the following: Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.gumtree.com/ on this server.

I am able to log into Gumtree`s forums but that is it. No explanation and no way of contacting via email, Gumtree, to find out why it is that I have being denied access. But what is strange is that I can view Gumtree sites in say South Africa - no problem, but not in my own country. Why? Can anybody help with this?

I'm afraid this would indicate that your IP was blocked because of malicious activity on the site.

Do you know if you are using a dynamic IP address or are accessing using a mobile device?
