Until ,now ,we haven't seen any evidence ,of the claim made. Just acusations.
And coward low attacks on a person ,that is not allowed to defend himself in this same forum.

For you to publish the name and personal data on somebody ,you have to have is permission.

And Mr Scam(coward)exposer . Your low blows ,that you spit ,and think they will be of no consequence ,think twice , there is forensic procedures to find you. It's funny how you come out of the ether for first time and straight into this topic...Makes me wonder.

I think the OP made the suggestion that Vision08 was in some way suspect. We were discussing if this could be the case. I do think that some of the ... claims ... (made by your good self) do require ... backing - just as (you so rightly pointed out) the OP's statements do too.

So ... is Vision08 FSA registered, and are they making these 10% returns that they say they are?

as you like playing by the rules, can I draw your attention to rule 1

a bit of clarity

4. No personal details – please don’t publish someone’s personal details such as their real name or photographs. . Even if the details are taken from elsewhere on the internet. We also strongly recommend that you don’t post your own personal details, on this or any other public forum.

This doesnt mean you cant post ANYONES details, it refers to posters getting a bit grumpty with each other and posting personal stuff (usually happens in mad house or community.) It doesnt mean you can't post details of alleged scammers (see accomodation or stuff for sale) to give other people warning not to get scammed.

I wish to say that if you are a lawyer and owen is a high court judge, I want to be an alien from the planet zog. Please feel free to prove that i'm not.

Out of the 3 of us, you can of course prove you are a lawyer by naming your lawyers office
(which is allowed as you certainly aren't advertising your services)

I'm not sure that my rules applies over Zog citizens, but i can still smack your alien arse in Jail if you come before my court (although I can be bribed with a crate of frottled boots - so long as they are not the cheaper variety, that is).
