I need to know how to get to an employee from a self-employee .
I am EU Citizen,actually from Bulgaria,but in UK we have restrictions for working.I found an info about but it is very complicated and I am not sure that if I show it to my future employer they could understand it.All the times employer just run away from that idea to apply for an accesion work card.I know that is not too difficult,but I dont have the answer!Please,if you have any information about that,write me your advices.I am computer engineer with trade experiences and I know 3 foreign languages!I dont want to waste my time in restaurants or houses to clean(dont get me wrong please,I dont mean that its not a job-I did it already!)...Thats it..I know that someone knows the ways..Thanks a lot...   |

7. The other option is the HSMP which by far is the best for people wishing to work in the UK and go for permanent residency at the end. HSMP is more flexible as you can work for any employer and dont need a job offer as long as you fulfil the criteria. You may want to consider it as a option seriously

| I got a work permit with a consulting company and I'm basically freelancing through them working in the City. I had my HSMP application rejected and then it took alot of work to find an organisation who'd help me to do it, but once I found them the process was quite easy. I just had to show I could earn gbp 300 per day or more, and that I could get a job. As long as I keep earning more than gbp300 per day I can choose my end client and I get a good % of the day rate. If you're interested please contact me direct and I give you their details - they pay for referrals! |

| I am an Indonesia citizent, and have bachelor degree in civil engineering, 2 years experinenced working in civil construction and 13 years work experienced in aircraft industry as aircraft main component and landing gears static load, and am looking for work, preferably in my field. My God, getting a working permit (or finding a sponsor firm) is the hardest job on earth I guess 
Anyway, I'm a lawyer's assitant/secretary and a dance teacher/cheerleading coach (10 years of running a dance studio) and I'm trying to find a firm who would hire me as well. I speak English, German and Italian too. Hm, after reading this topic I became more aware of the situation. But, we gotta keep trying right?
