I think you have to very careful of what you do, I can bet you don't know the new rules etc..All colleges must provide a list of their students before december,so If you think you need a letter starting before then be careful on bogus colleges.
-Check their dfes registration before paying anyone.
-Don't ever believe what they say to you.I can guarantee you that, as these people know you are desperate and they will rip you off.
I would be happy to give my email id but I have been restricted by the modulator..So ask questions if you have any here
