Hi
Last week on Friday I had approached Home office on Friday to kind of understand wha's happening. They had sent me a letter telling me what I have been doing for the past year.
I replied to the mail but have not got any response back yet. When I was at croydon they looked into the system and the officer said that there was no way to talk to them directly and that the case was in open status

Still PEnding
Hi,
does any one know that what's going to happen now as we all know that they been sentenced so no point of mentioning this thing again and again just iam wondering what home office is going to decide for the ppl who applied from univisas but have done nothing wrong? Does any one have update on this matterrrrrrrrrrrr????
Malik, don't you think you are asking an obvious question as everyone here is wondering to what HO is going to decide coz I am also thinking that though i know that my application is genuine, they might think that I also applied with deception just coz i went through univisas. I hope not.

Anyways we are in the border now and will soon be either this side or that. Atleast the painstaking wait is coming to an end. LOL.

Smart- guy asked:
“Have you rcvd any responce in regards to above letter ? or ANYONE ELSE has any responce ?

I have written them twice in last two months. No reply....as if they were only interested to find an excuse to cancel the visa, or pursuing me to voluntarily leave the country. I think all of us should ask UKBA to give us a copy of our files so we know what documents were used by UNIVISAS. The address is given in the letter posted earlier.

No I applied through Univisas while I was in the U.K

hi everyone out there, i guess what freesoul s saying s right. we have to ask them for some kind of communication to atleast learn whats wrong in our applications.

wht i gave to univisas for my application was all genuine but no one knows what changes did she make by herself or appended into our applications without our knowledge. i am really cursing the days when i cdnt see my application/file before it was posted by Rakhi. I should have checked all the docs she had sent. cnt change the past but lets hope she hasnt done much of sniffing in our paper work.

i spoke to a certain (disclosed) people who feel this case may go on for a long time till all the applicants are verified. the college from where 80% of the docs were made is still open in london but inquiries are being made to check for the forged documents. cnt say how much more time do they require to give us some respite.

those who wish to go home can contact HO or UKB or can even apply for a fresh application if they have another set of documents with them. thats the only news i can give to this forum today. hope things are settled soon...

The big question is, those who want to go home and apply to come back. Will it have any affects on their future application due to Univisas case ?
